Our fully mobile model means we come to you — whether at home, in a hospital, or at a rehabilitation centre — eliminating travel stress and ensuring continuity of care.

Step 1

Consultation Booking

Contact us directly or have your primary healthcare provider send us your referral. Unsure if orthotic treatment is right for you? Book a brief chat with one of our certified clinicians to learn more.

Step 2

Home Visit & Assessment

A certified clinician performs a comprehensive 30-minute physical assessment at your chosen location and makes treatment recommendations tailored to you.

Step 3

Treatment Plan & Casting

If you choose to proceed, we create a personalized treatment plan and collect the information required to either fabricate your orthotic device in-house, or order it from one of our trusted suppliers.

Step 4

Fitting & Education

We return to fit your orthotic device and discuss next steps. You’ll learn how to use and care for your device, and about the important role you play in the success of your treatment.

Step 5

Follow up

Moving forward, we are there to support you with in-person and virtual follow-up appointments as needed. Depending on the treatment, we may also schedule maintenance check-ins to ensure your device continues to function as intended.

My husband’s long standing issue with ankle deformity and flat feet has, over the years, resulted in us visiting several orthotists and pedorthists, each one doing their best to provide him with proper fitting orthotics. But, even with several modifications, none were ever close to being a good fit. Then we discovered Artis Orthotics. Kris’s initial visit/consultation included a detailed and informative assessment - we appreciated his explanations as to the structure of the orthotic which would give my husband the support he required. Kris did the moulding that day and we received the orthotics back within a week or two. He/we are thrilled with the new orthotics - as well as allowing him to walk further distances, his hip discomfort seems to be lessening as well. Kris is very patient and a great communicator. Also, I would like to add how much we appreciated the home visits as opposed to driving to an office or clinic. Our whole interaction with Artis Orthotics has been wonderful. Kris was amazing. So knowledgeable and patient totally explained why and what for on my brace. Never rushed me made sure I understood and was so compassionate I am so glad I met him and have him on my team to recovery.

This is the best service I have ever had by far !! Kris came directly to my home. Nothing rushed, no pressure to purchase. Was extremely informative. I have been dealing with a bad foot for over 6 years now. I have had many very wrong diagnoses, and have gone back to square 1 so many times I can’t count them. Kris came and spent 2 hours with me. We talked, he watched me walk , we talked more, and he gave me some very good insight into what was really the problem. I knew it was Arthritis but couldn’t pin point it enough to walk properly. Hind foot Arthritis, is what Kris told me and after looking that up saw that he had nailed it right on the head. He made castings right in my living room. Took it to his shop and made me Orthotics that fit like a glove. Right away my foot felt much better. I combined that with the right kind of shoes he also recommended and I am soooo impressed I came right here to write this review. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️ I can walk again.
